  • How can I delete or remove theme?
    If you want to remove the theme, simply apply new theme or set your theme to default. The current theme will be replaced.
  • I switched to dark mode theme but it doesn't work completely
    In dark mode, there is a part of Samsung theme graphics applied, so please turn off the dark mode to enjoy the whole graphics designed in the theme.
  • How can I apply new theme?
    If you have downloaded the theme, please go to " My stuff" on Samsung theme store , the theme you download will be there. Hope this could be helpful.
  • I downloaded the theme on Z Flip but the graphics are cut off (Z Flip resolution issue)
    When installed on a Z Flip, the theme will automatically be cropped to fit the layout & screen resolution of the Z Flip. Additionally, for themes with full-background designs, there's a possibility of cropping since we have to design one wallpaper for all Samsung devices, not only the Z Flip devices. That also means we cannot intervene and modify it. This happens with any Samsung theme.
  • How I download and buy themes on the website?
    Once you've found a theme you love on our website and got to the theme's product page, please simply tap the "Download On Store" button as shown in the attached screenshot to navigate to Samsung Theme Store to download the theme directly here. The theme product is exclusively available for Samsung phone devices, please ensure you access it using a Samsung phone.
  • I can’t find theme on my phone or I can not download theme.
    Please check your android version on your phone, it should be 12 so that you can download the theme. Samsung does not support Android below 12 any more. We suggest that you try updating to the latest version of Samsung Themes. Then restart your phone and download the app.
  • I'm having payment and download problems when purchasing themes on the store
    Please note that we sell the themes under Samsung's control, so any purchase made from the store will go through Samsung's system first, and any issues related to refunds or purchases must be handled by Samsung. Unfortunately, we do not have control over that process. If you had paid for the theme and you did not get it, SamSung will fix the problem and return the money to you or let you download the theme. Please take screenshots of the purchased themes list from your device and describe in detail the error. Once you have these, you can send them directly to Samsung's support team, along with the details of the problem here: Go to theme store → Menu → Settings icon (on top right corner) → Contact us.
